Legal, in plain English
Terms &
conditions
Effective 25 October 2026
The short version: R·ALLY is a running aid, not a doctor, emergency service or professional coach. Use good judgment. Stop if something feels wrong.
1. Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you use the R·ALLY app or rally.run. R·ALLY is developed and provided by Aagen Tech Private Limited. By using R·ALLY, you agree to these terms with Aagen Tech Private Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What R·ALLY does
R·ALLY uses available device and sensor data to measure a run and may play short coach lines. It can show run history, create a run report, save a workout to Apple Health and upload a workout to Strava when you choose.
Features may change. Some features may not be available in every country, language, device or app version.
3. Health and safety
R·ALLY does not provide medical advice. It cannot know your full health, surroundings or physical condition. Its coach lines are general motivation, not instructions to ignore pain or danger.
- Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition or concern.
- Stop exercising and seek help if you feel chest pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath or another worrying symptom.
- Pay attention to traffic, weather, terrain and people around you. Do not look at or adjust the app while it is unsafe.
- Do not rely on R·ALLY for emergencies, navigation or exact medical measurements.
4. Who may use it
You must be at least 13. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you. You must be legally allowed to use the service in your country.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give the app accurate information where practical and to use it lawfully. You must not:
- Try to damage, overload, copy, reverse engineer or bypass security in the service, except where the law clearly allows it.
- Use the service to break a law or another person’s rights.
- Use automated methods to scrape or interfere with the service.
- Misrepresent R·ALLY data as a medical diagnosis or certified race result.
6. Permissions and other services
You choose whether to connect Location, Motion & Fitness, Bluetooth, Apple Health or Strava. Apple, Strava and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. R·ALLY is not responsible for those services.
7. Ownership
R·ALLY, its name, design, software, artwork and content belong to Aagen Tech Private Limited or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
You keep ownership of information you create or add. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide and improve the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. App Store terms
If you download R·ALLY through Apple’s App Store, these terms are between you and Aagen Tech Private Limited, not Apple. Apple does not provide support for R·ALLY and is not responsible for the app, its content or related claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the App Store parts of them. Apple’s standard App Store rules also apply.
9. Availability and updates
We try to keep R·ALLY working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, accurate or free from errors. GPS, motion, network, battery and third-party services can affect results. We may update, suspend or stop a feature or the service where reasonably needed.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, R·ALLY is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make promises about fitness results, uninterrupted access, sensor accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer guarantee or other right that cannot legally be removed.
11. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or harm caused by unsafe exercise, ignored warnings, inaccurate sensor data or a third-party service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for R·ALLY in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
12. Ending use
You can stop using R·ALLY and delete the app at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously misuse the service, create a safety or security risk, or break these terms.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without taking away mandatory rights you have where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes, unless consumer law where you live gives you another right.
14. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will update the date above and give notice in the app when a change is important. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Contact
